Abstract

In order to facilitate more efficient meetings held continuously, like project meetings, it is important to consider about past discussions and recall them in the current discussion. In this paper, we describe about a novel meeting support system consists with digital whiteboards and tablet devices which designed to be work cooperatively. With using the system, meeting results are saved as board contents which is usable to realize advanced application such as topic search or generating multi-meeting summary in content cloud server. Users are able to download contents from content cloud server and view them whenever they want with tablet device. Moreover, users are able to quote a part of past board content to the board which is using in a current meetings.
